David J. McLean, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
David has over 35 years experience in the health care and managed care industries. David brings extensive experience as a successful leader and executive. David is currently the CEO of NovoLogix. Most recently, he was a founder and the current Chairman of the Board of Medication Management Systems, Inc., the country’s premier provider of medication therapy management services. Previously he served as CEO of RxHub, and spent 10 years with United Health Group where he last served as CEO of United Resource Networks. David also held executive level positions with Clinical Pharmaceuticals, a pharmacy benefit management company, and American Med Centers in Minneapolis.
David holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio State University and a Ph.D. in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Glen Udine
Executive Vice President, Sales and Account Management
Formerly Vice President of Account Management and a key player in the company’s growth, Glen now directs a team of sales and account management professionals in servicing clients: regional and national health plans, and other strategic business partners. With over 25 years experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, home infusion therapy, and home health, he has held numerous executive management positions in sales, marketing, and operations within the healthcare industry including RxStrategies, Coram Healthcare, and Curaflex Health Services.
Glen holds a B.S. in Journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Dell Mather, Pharm. D.
Vice President, Clinical Services and Operations
Leading the company’s clinical development efforts, Dell is responsible for the oversight of all clinical programs. Dell develops and manages partnership opportunities with manufacturers, such as rebate strategies and analytic services. His team also manages drug databases, clinical edits and drug pricing. Before joining NovoLogix in 2004, Dell was Senior Director of Drug Technology Assessment and Formulary Management at prescription benefit manager (PBM) Prime Therapeutics, responsible for formulary development and maintenance. He also was a Health Outcomes Scientist with GlaxoWellcome.
Dell holds a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from South Dakota State University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. He also completed a Critical Care Residency at the University of Minnesota and a Pharmacoeconomics Fellowship at the University of Washington and GlaxoWellcome.

Sandy Mead MBA, CPA (inactive)
Vice President of Finance
Sandy leads the development and implementation of the company’s core financial standards and oversees all areas of finance and human resources for the company. Her oversight responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, treasury, regulatory compliance, client analysis and client reporting.
Sandy has held a variety of finance positions at BioScrip, UnitedHealth Group, ValueRx (a PBM) and Diversified Pharmaceutical Services (DPS)/SmithKline Beecham PLC (a PBM) prior to joining NovoLogix in 2004. These positions followed several years in public accounting.
Sandy holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a B.A. degree in Accounting from Winona State University.

Todd Simenson
Vice President, Information Technology
Todd has over 25 years of experience in building healthcare information systems. He previously led the Technology department at InstyMeds Corporation, a direct to consumer drug delivery systems for urgent care and emergency departments. Prior to InstyMeds, he served on the management team of RxHub/SureScripts that developed an e-prescribing, eligibility and formulary data connectivity infrastructure between Clinic/Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Health plans. Todd also held the position of Chief Technologist at ICAN Inc. that operated an Infectious Disease content management application. He has served in management positions at Express Scripts, Inc., and Diversified Pharmaceutical Services (DPS)/SmithKline Beecham PLC, leading application development in claim processing, clinical outcomes, and prescription utilization reporting. Previous experience also includes management and technical positions Clinical Pharmacy Advantage, Partners National Health Plans, Inc., Aetna, Inc., and American Med Centers, Inc.

Adam leads the strategic development of NovoLogix’s technology and service products, Projects include; technology systems used to manage pharmaceutical products covered on the insurer’s medical benefit to create efficiency in the authorization, claim and product ordering processes as well as national and regional provider network re-contracting initiatives which have achieved significant healthcare cost savings. Adam was previously a financial analyst at Bishop and Associates in California.
Adam holds a B.S in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Leslie's past experiences include six years with United Health Care where she led strategic IT development efforts, and eight years with Express Scripts, Inc.
Leslie earned her B.B.A degree from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a double major in Business Administration and Computer Science.
